FOUNDER'S MESSAGE
When i began kueen lai group nearly 20 years ago, it was with a simple objective – to create properties that would raise the quality of life of those who would live in it.
At the time, not much thought was put into many of the properties i visited or bought. The focus of development was very much on value for money on the basis of the square footage of a property but i felt this did little for the occupants aside from giving more room and so, i embarked on a journey of change.
