PROJECT PLANNING, ASSISTANT MANAGER NEEDED

Responsibilities:

​

  • Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors and authorities. Analyze Civil & Structural (C&S) consultant’s design and cost estimates.

  • Monitor progress of C&S design and check compliance to technical and regulatory requirements.

  • Check completeness of C&S design documentations before sending out for tender and authorities’ submission.


Requirements:

​

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

  • At least 6 year(s) of structural and infrastructure design experience in commercial and mixed development projects, preferably in consultant office.

  • Well versed with C&S design codes, design standards, C&S design software as well as local authorities’ standards.

  • Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skill.

  • Required knowledge in MS Office and Autocade-
